Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and stroller-age kids. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. This is our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"!
Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4Baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our Fit4Baby instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.
Body Back Transformation® is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
Our Fit4Mom Davis village is another way to connect with moms in the area. You do not have to be a member and it's FREE to join in any activity! Our yoga class is a type of Vinyasa Flow; a dynamic form of yoga stringing together postures, moving seamlessly from one to the next using breath. It is a strong full body practice that includes sun salutations, core strengthening, strong standing sequences, hip openers, arm balances, inversions and/or backbends.
