Sunday HIIT is a mix of Body Back and Strides 360. It includes:
  • RUNNING (or power walking + cardio drills)
  • AGILITY
  • LOWER BODY CONDITIONING WITH VERTICAL CORE FOCUS
  • UPPER BODY STRENGTH EXERCISES
  • GROUND CORE
  • MEDITATION
