Yoga

Our yoga class is a type of Vinyasa Flow; a dynamic form of yoga stringing together postures, moving seamlessly from one to the next using breath. It is a strong full body practice that includes sun salutations, core strengthening, strong standing sequences, hip openers, arm balances, inversions and/or backbends. It is an inspiring practice to set the tone for your day.
