Guidelines for Resuming In-Person Classes

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will be implementing the following safety precautions for our in-person classes:

1. Please remain home if you or anyone in your household has a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or other COVID-19 symptoms. If you have interacted with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please allow 14 days before returning to class.

2. Class attendance is limited to 12 moms per class. Members are required to pre-register for classes in Pike13. If you register for class and are unable to attend, please remove yourself from the class for those who are on the waitlist. If there is an issue with members registering and not coming to class, a no-show fee of $18 (or one class pass) may be processed.

3. Members will be required to follow social distancing guidelines and keep 6-10 feet of distance during class. Social distance markers will be used so you know where to stay.

4. For anyone older than 2 years old, masks are required to have in possession, but not to be worn. We do ask that you wear your mask as you come to and go from class.

5. As always, children need to be buckled in the stroller for the entire class. We ask that you buckle kids in their stroller at your car, remain in the stroller for the whole class, and continue to stay in the stroller until you are back at your car or have found a spot away from the group to let them run. If you have childcare, please enjoy a kid-free workout.

6. Members are required to bring their own water bottles and towels/mats, and to keep children’s personal belongings (snacks, toys, etc) in stroller.

7. Members are required to bring their own equipment. Instructors will have new, sealed bands available for purchase for $10 at the start of class. Body weight is also an option for all classes if you forget your band. No bands will be available to borrow. If you need to check out a set of weights for the duration of social distancing orders, let your instructor know ahead of time.

8. If you are a new mama trying out classes, equipment is optional. See above regarding equipment for purchase.

9. There will be no partner movements in class; no high fives, hugs, etc.

10. Members are strongly encouraged to bring their own sanitation wipes to clean their own equipment before and after class. Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer will be available if needed. Hand sanitizer will be at the center of the workout area and required to use before the start of class.

REGISTERING FOR CLASS

Class attendance is limited to 12 - 15 moms per class. Members are required to pre-register for classes in Pike13. You can register online or through the Pike13 app (iphone or Android).

A waitlist is available if the 12 spaces are filled. If you are on the waitlist and a space becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class up until 1 hour before the start of class.

Registration for a class opens one week (7 days) before the start of class. You can register for class until 30 minutes before the start of class.

If you register for class and are unable to attend, please remove yourself from the class for those who are on the waitlist. If there is an issue on people registering and not coming to class, a no-show fee of $18 may be processed (or one class pass may be deducted for pass holders).
