I began my FIT4MOM journey in Georgetown, Texas, after a neighbor saw me walking with my then 8 month old and invited me to a class. I said yes, hoping to make a few friends. That simple yes changed everything. I found not only new friendships, but a renewed appreciation for fitness and the kind of support I didn’t even know I needed during my postpartum journey. My only regret was not joining sooner!

When our family moved to Davis, California, in the summer of 2024, the very first thing I searched for was FIT4MOM. That’s when I found Allison Olson and the incredible community she built. From day one, they welcomed me and my daughter, Luna, with open arms.

Eventually, I became an instructor and discovered a deep passion for planning classes where mamas could reconnect with their strength and little ones could laugh and play with bubbles, books, and songs. As a former elementary school teacher, it felt right up my alley. Nothing brings me more joy than helping other mamas find the same connection and support I did. Today, I’m so grateful for the community we’ve found and the friendships we’ve made. I can't wait to see where this journey continues to take us!
