After the birth of my first child, I joined the Fit4Mom franchise in San Luis Obispo and became the playgroup captain during my maternity leave from teaching. At the time, I was feeling lonely and unsure of how to navigate new motherhood. Fit4Mom gave me a sense of community, support, and belonging when I needed it most. Honestly, it helped me fall in love with motherhood during a season that could have felt incredibly isolating. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and I loved that Fit4Mom met me exactly where I was — as a new, tired, figuring-it-out mama.

When we relocated to the Davis area in April 2024, I reached out to Allie through Fit4Mom’s Instagram before we even packed our boxes, eager to connect with this incredible village. Thanks to Fit4Mom, my family quickly found friends and a warm, welcoming community. Eventually, I became an instructor! Now I am able to use my love of exercise alongside my experience as a teacher to connect with mamas and help them find joy in movement and motherhood! I’m grateful for the support and excited for the next chapter of this journey!
