10 weeks of habits, health, and happiness

What is BODY WELL?

Body Well is a 10-week mom-only program that combines feel-good movement, realistic nutrition, weekly challenges, and group accountability to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

This is not about doing more, cutting everything out, or chasing perfection. It’s about building habits that actually fit your real life.

You’ll be guided by a certified coach, supported by a group of moms who get it, and encouraged every step of the way.

Body Well is our primary wholistic wellness program designed to help you feel stronger, more energized, and inspired by what you are capable of.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll get intentional workouts, simple nutrition guidance, weekly accountability, and the support of a small group of moms who are showing up right alongside you.

What’s Included

Weekly Body Well Workouts

Our Body Well workouts combine strength, cardio, core, and high-intensity interval training in a way that helps you build endurance, confidence, and full-body strength. Every Thursday evening you will have your Body Well workout, plus 2 additional FIT4MOM classes each week.

Simple Nutrition Guidance

No calorie counting. No macro tracking. No all-or-nothing rules. Just realistic nutrition centered around whole foods, simple habits, and meals that work for busy mom life.

Weekly Group Check-Ins

Stay connected, encouraged, and accountable with your coach and group throughout the session. We have fun challenges and prizes to help stay motivated!

Recipes + Meal Ideas

You’ll receive simple recipes and nutrition support to help make food feel less stressful and more doable.

Weekly Challenges

Each week, you’ll focus on small, intentional habits that support your body and mind, from hydration and meal planning to rest, stress support, and self-care.

On-Demand Movement

Can’t make every class live? You’ll have access to on-demand movement options so you can move at your own pace, right at home.

Small Group Support

Motherhood is a team sport. You’ll be surrounded by moms who are cheering you on, checking in, and showing up through the highs and lows.
